Financing Your Home
Although our homes are a great value for the features we offer, not everyone has the means to buy a tiny house with the whole payment up front. As the movement of tiny homes, cabins and off-grid living grows, financing has also grown and now, there are a few great options! Below are some links to check out if you are needing funds to complete your tiny home purchase. Try to put as much of your own money down as possible, so your principal loan amount is lower for a better chance of approval.
Rates will vary according to amount financed and credit score.
If you want to try local loans, we recommend credit unions over banks. They seem to have less stringent lending rules for our tiny home buyers.
How Our Buying System Works
Once you have the funds needed to buy a tiny home, we can start the purchase process. Payment is made in three separate "draws". $2,000 begins the blueprint process and puts your home into our production schedule. 50% to get order started, and then the final payment approx. 1 week before completion. House will be completed within 10 days from final payment date.
